Our clinical study is investigating a comprehensive treatment option for patients with mild-to-severe Alzheimer's Disease, designed to potentially slow cognitive decline and improve quality of life for patients.
This study is investigating a single tablet, called a polypill, combining three existing medications—Minocycline, Sirolimus, and Atorvastatin—to potentially treat Alzheimer's disease. While these medications are individually already being prescribed, their combined use for Alzheimer's is currently investigational and not yet FDA-approved.
The duration of this Alzheimer's disease clinical study is approximately 7.5 months, including about 10 in-person visits to the study center. The final evaluation occurs roughly one month after the last study treatment.
The study is being conducted at Denali Health in Plant City, Florida at 1601 W. Reynolds St, STE 203, Plant City, FL 33563.
